“Our purpose in joining together as the Association of Clovis Educators is to ensure that educators have a real and independent voice in the decisions made at CUSD. To further that cause, we have created the Fall Forward Vision Statement to identify educators’ priority changes necessary to better support students and educators in these challenging times. These priorities come from a district-wide Needs Assessment survey completed by hundreds of Clovis educators and have already been expressed to the District Administration through executive-level meetings.
“We were happy to see that the district administration has already agreed to address one of our priority issues by extending the COVID Sick Leave for all staff. We look forward to further progress in addressing the five remaining priority issues. As always, #ACEIsTheAnswer.”
