Psychologist & MHSP Bargaining Update

ACE met with our PERB-appointed mediator on Wednesday, November 20th, for approximately 15 minutes. Although the mediator met with the district for much longer, the district did not make further movement. Although we are disappointed in the outcome, this was not a surprise to the bargaining team or ACE leadership.

The mediator shared that she plans to release us to fact-finding, which starts a timeline that leads to the presentation of facts and testimony before a 3-person panel.  More information on this process will be shared with members soon.

The district seems unaware or unconcerned about the impact of their failure to come to an agreement.
