Unfair Practice Charge #3
The Association of Clovis Educators (ACE) filed its third unfair labor practice charge (UPC) today at the California Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) against the CUSD administration for continued and new violations of state law that govern the rights of certificated education employees to unionize without interference or coercion from administration. The latest violations involve the CUSD police chief, Jerry Inchaurregui, sending a threatening email statement using his official CUSD email address to a prominent ACE leader.
