School Psychologist Update

In this video, you’ll hear from Melissa Saunders and Cy Hiyane, who both serve on our ACE School Psychologist Organizing Committee. Melissa and Cy discuss important updates about the work they’ve been doing since filing for union recognition back in June. Through engagement with their school psychologist colleagues, they’ve identified three main areas for improvement in CUSD, which include a healthier/work life balance, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and a competitive salary. We’re so proud of this work, and a huge thanks to Cy and Melissa for stepping up to improve our Clovis Unified schools!
